4. Coverage Limits

The coverage limits for basic and enhanced coverage are determined by the declared value of the shipment. Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the value of their shipments when purchasing enhanced coverage.

5. Claims Procedure
In the event of loss or damage to a shipment, customers should follow these steps to file a claim:

A. Notification: Customers must notify SmartDrawing of any loss or damage to the shipment within 7 days of the delivery date.

B. Documentation: Customers are required to provide the following documentation when filing a claim:

-  Proof of purchase or shipment order.
- Photographs or other evidence of the damaged items.
- Any other documentation requested by SmartDrawing to assess the claim.

C. Claims Review: SmartDrawing will review the submitted claim and documentation to determine eligibility and coverage.

6. Exclusions

- Loss or damage due to inadequate packaging by the shipper.

- Loss or damage resulting from undisclosed prohibited items or items in violation of our shipping policies.
